Mounting Hardware (BRACKETS AND SCREWS)
Included with your custom curtain rod or towel rack order are our Rustic Hand Forged Brackets.
Made here in the Jackson Forge Blacksmith Shop the old timey way with Coal Fire, Hammer and
Anvil. Material~ Flat Bar Steel. The Brackets are "C" shaped and measure approx. 1- 3/4 in. in
diameter and extend approx. 3 -1/2 " from the wall. They are then painted with your color
choice. See picture on my "For Sale" page. Colors Available are Hammered Bronze (dark gray,
not red or brown toned, as one would think when thinking bronze, though it is quite beautiful),
Hammered Gold, Hammered Silver, Hammered Copper, Gloss Black or lastly, Flat Black. If you
have another color choice on hardware, I may have it, just ask. Quality Rust Proof Paint is used.
Mounting Screws are also included. This style of hardware and others are available as well from
Jackson Forge or Bamboo Rivers Edge. We make "L" brackets which serve as center supports
when needed. Custom Sizing on Brackets available too. 1-3" not a problem. SPECIAL ORDERS
MAY TAKE TWO WEEKS.
**We do not currently do ANY finials for curtain rods.

Orders are taking at least two-three weeks (14-15 business days) to make and ship these
days. I do not generally make alot of product in advance. This way, I do not end up with
Bamboo that is wasted. Though it is a rapid regenerative resource, I'm still trying to make a
difference in regards to our precious, continually, declining environment. It also makes me feel
that I have done my job to work with you from start to finish on your particular project with
special measurements and applications, and details involved. We all take pride in our work and

BAMBOO CUSTOM SIZING
We will be happy to work with you on your custom drapery rod order on sizing. If you require a
special measurement such as, you may have a tight corner, and can't go the standard 48", but
instead you need a 40" rod, we can work with that. OR, if you need two at 52", instead of two at
the standard 48", let me know, I can work with that as well. Towel racks range from 24-30",
unless you specify otherwise. Same with Hand towel racks. IF you need a rod to span 106", I
would suggest two @ 53-54". There is an example on the home page of multiple rods used.
Shipping and handling the item itself is tough over 84-88".
Martial Arts Staffs come in different sizes as well. If you are real tall and need a staff 6 1/2"
instead of the common 72", let me know. If you would like a 30" baton, let me know. The good
thing about the bamboo that I am working with..I have pretty good luck with getting very close to
what one needs if not exact. Sometimes, a 1-2" difference may occur. If you need an exact 72"
Bo for a tournament or something, let me know.
Walking, Hiking, and Garden Staffs can be customized to fit your needs.
Shower rods can be customized to fit your needs. I hate to be repetitive, but I am trying to give
as much information here as possible.
NOTE~ The way each bamboo stalk grows is unique. They taper ever so slightly from end to end
and may not be perfectly straight. I will, however, when you place an order for multiple rods
being used, try to match as close as possible and as straight as possible. I am proud to say I've
not had one complaint about this issue at all.
